Parties: Food Packages
Food service can be provided from our menu selections, or you can select from
the specialty trays described below. Each tray is priced separately and serves
the number indicated. As a rule of thumb, you should typically order enough
food trays to serve three times the number of guests in your group.
Cheese and Sausage Tray
Bite-size slices of three flavors of Volpi
Italian Sausage and Tillamook Cheddar, Hoffman Pepper Jack, and Smoked Swiss and
Cheddar. Serves 20 people.
Fresh Vegetable Tray
A variety of snack-sized fresh vegetables and a deli dip. Serves 25 people.
Fruit Dip Tray
Mounds of refreshing fruit with a yogurt dip. Serves 20 people.
Fresh Shrimp Tray
Chilled shrimp with fresh lemon and a zesty cocktail sauce. Serves 20 people.
Sliced Cheese Tray
Cheeses include Cojack, Hot Pepper, Sharp Cheddar, Dill Havarti, and Smoked
Jarlsberg. Serves 25 people.
Mozzarella Sticks Tray
Wisconsin Mozzarella batter dipped and deep fried served with marinara.
Serves 15 people.
Chicken Finger Tray
Lightly breaded chicken filets with barbecue and ranch sauces. Serves 15 people.
Buffalo Wing Tray
Hot or Hotter-Than-Hot, served with bleu cheese for dipping. Serves 25 people.
A combination of Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Fingers, and Buffalo Wings.
Serves 20-25 people.
Chips & Salsa Tray
An always welcome classic. Serves 25 people.
Sub Sandwiches Tray
French bread with ham, turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato, served cut to size.
