Chile con Carne. Our recipe goes
back to the early 80's. Very beefy and just the right amount of spice. Served with
chopped onions, melted cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
Buffalo Wings. Our version of the
bar food classic served with blue cheese dressing, carrots, and celery.
Cheese Quesadillas. Melted Chihuahua
cheese folded inside a large flour tortilla served with a side of guacamole, salsa, and
Grilled Chicken Quesadillas. Char-grilled
chicken breast and Chihuahua cheese folded into a large flour tortilla and topped with
guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
Nachos. Our new and improved version
of this south of the border classic. A healthy portion of nacho chips individually topped
with black bean and Chihuahua cheese, served on a bed of lettuce with guacamole, salsa,
and sour cream.
Grilled Jalapeno Shrimp. (5) Grilled
Jumbo Shrimp that have been marinated in an olive oil, garlic, and jalapeno sauce.
Chicken Strips. Just like it says.
Armadillo Eggs. Also known as
Chips and Salsa & Guacamole.

2 Bdr, 1 1/2 bath, firepl, fin bsmt, huge backyard, lovely if somewhat overpriced
Lakeview. Dressings: Italian vinaigrette, blue cheese, thousand island, ranch, or honey mustard.
Grilled or Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad. (5) Grilled
Marinated Chicken Breast Filet cooked anyway you want it then sliced and tossed with
Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan Cheese.
Mesculin Chicken Sausage Salad. (5) Grilled
An assortment of Summer greens tossed with cranberry cognac chicken sausage, artichoke
hearts, tomatoes and toasted walnuts in a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.
